Employee: What do I do if my name changes?

Call our customer service at +358 600 149 88 on weekdays from 8:30 - 16:00 and we will check and update the information. Unfortunately, we are unable to do this via email for security reasons.

After this, your employer can order you a new Smartum card, the cost of which is €10. We will print a new card as soon as the payment is registered at Smartum. The new card will be delivered to you within a week of the payment.
