Partner: How can I start receiving SmartumPay payments?
If you already belong to the Smartum network, you can activate the receipt of SmartumPay payments in the online service. If you have forgotten your password, click the link “Request a new password” on the front page and follow the instructions to receive a new password via email.
Log in to the online service as the venue manager. As the venue manager, you can edit the information by clicking “Manage venue” on the left side of the screen. Select "Venue information", and you can find the payment methods at the bottom of the page. Select “SmartumPay” and save the data. If you want to make changes to multiple locations, you can change your role by selecting another role from the top left corner button.
If you are not yet receiving Smartum payments, join our Partner Network for free here. To enable SmartumPay, select "SmartumPay” as an accepted payment method.
