Beneficiary: Making SmartumPay payments while you are not at the cash register

You should only make payments using the SmartumPay mobile application when you are at the service provider's cash register and ready to pay for the service or product of your choice.  If you want to pay with SmartumPay beforehand, the responsibility is yours to always check if it is possible by contacting the service provider.

Please also note that

  • You can make a transaction with SmartumPay, but you can’t make a ticket reservation with the app. Concert, festival, theathre and other tickets are reserved through the service provider as usual, and SmartumPay only acts as the method of payment.
  • Smartum benefits are personal. If you buy a service or a product for another person with your benefits, you can’t receive the service or product nor undo the transaction.
