Beneficiary: Can I cancel my SmartumPay payment?

You cannot cancel a payment made with SmartumPay yourself.

If an incorrect payment is made, ask the service provider to cancel the payment in the Smartum online service and then make a payment with the correct amount.

If you have accidentally made a payment to the wrong location, make a new payment to the correct location and then promptly contact Smartum customer service by telephone on the same day for the payment to be cancelled.
