Employer: What should I do if a Smartum payment card is lost?

You can download SmartumPay app and use it with your saldo right away. After 29.2.2020 new card can't be ordered and paying transfers to SmartumPay.

The employer can order the employee a replacement Smartum card, the cost of which is €10.00 (+ VAT 24 % from 1.1.2019 onwards). However, the card will only be valid until the end of 2020. We will print a new card as soon as the payment is registered at Smartum. We will print a new card as soon as the payment is registered at Smartum. The new card will be delivered to the employee within a week of the payment.

To cancel the old card, the employee should log on to our online service and go to “Management" -> "Company beneficiary search" -> Write the name of the beneficiary or choose from the list -> Click the right name -> Press "Order new payment card".
