Employer: What should I do if a Smartum payment card is lost?
The employer can order the employee a replacement Smartum card, the cost of which is €10.00 (+ VAT 24 % from 1.1.2019 onwards). We will print a new card as soon as the payment is registered at Smartum. The new card will be delivered to the employee within a week of the payment.
To cancel the old card, the employee should log on to our online service and go to “Omat tiedot” (my information) in the top right corner of the screen. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Raportoi kadonnut kortti” (report a lost card) to cancel the card.
