How is the settlement done for the Smartum card payments?
Payments made with the Smartum card using your payment terminal are sent through your bank just like payments made with other cards. Smartum charges a service fee for payments accepted using the payment terminal retrospectively every three months. In order to receive the invoice in the format that you prefer, please email us your invoicing information (see below) via this address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- name and customer number of the facility/location
- email address for sending the invoice or the address and operator id for electronic invoicing
Settlement of Smartum voucher payments
The settlement of payments made with Smartum Exercise, Culture and Lunch vouchers is easy. Visit our material bank for handling and settlement instructions for Smartum payment instruments. It’s easy!
Remember to deliver the vouchers that will soon expire to Smartum by the end of January in order to receive the payments in time!
- The last settlement day of exercise and culture vouchers that expire at the end of the year (31 December) is 31 January the following year.
- The last settlement day of lunch vouchers that expire at the end of the year is 31 January the following year.
When should I submit for settlement the vouchers that expired at the end of the year?
Lunch vouchers that expired at the end of the year must be delivered to Smartum for settlement at the latest on the last working day of January in the year following their expiration. You can find the settlement instructions here.
